You can return an item within 30 days of receiving the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so the we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will return your item if it is damaged or we have made a mistake with your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items canot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific items. please still check with us, if it is something we did wrong we may offer a refund or replacement. We understand mistakes can happen so we are happy to help workout the best solution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected you return, we may ask you to send a photo first, and let you know if the refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
